Terms of Service

When you place an order, it's a request to buy — we confirm by email once payment clears. If we can't fulfill an order (out of stock, address issue), we'll refund within 5 business days.

Prices are in USD unless otherwise marked. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Digital downloads (PDFs, Notion templates, printables) are licensed for personal use only. You can print as many copies as you like for yourself and your family.

You may not resell, redistribute, or upload our files to any other platform. Commercial licensing? Email us.

All digital sales are final — once downloaded, no refunds. We provide preview images so you know what you're buying.

We stand behind everything we ship. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund — your choice.

Change of mind returns: accepted within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. You pay return shipping; we refund the product price.

All copy, designs, and content on this site belong to GEAN Studio. Don't copy product photos, descriptions, or design files. If you want to collaborate or reference us, just ask.

We do our best to describe products accurately and ship safely. Our liability for any single order is capped at the order total. Beyond that, we're not responsible for indirect damages.
